Solemn Annual Conference on Annual Report of Xibao Group 2013 has taken place.
A solemn meeting of Xibao Group took place at the Exhibition Centre of Xixia County on 18th of February 2013. The atmosphere at the hall was very warm. Above the stage there was a slogan “Annual Work Conference 2013”, and at the both sides there was a slogan “raising new revenues and cutting down the expenses, high-performance working to achieve progress and innovations”.
Managers of the Corporation and Subsidiary Company sat at the presidium: Li Shu Cheng, Li Wei Feng, Yuan Bao Hua, Shi Xin Hua, Zhou Hai Yang, Xie Yu Man, Xie Gui Zhong, Huang Zhan Ji, Du Jun Wu, Xu Shuang Gui, Jia Dong Xu, Bai Jian Jun, Feng Ke Wu, Shi Min An, Yang Shuo, Du Jian Feng, Xue Bo, Feng Yan Fa.
The Company awarded 137 leading workers from different departments and divisions of the Company, who took part in the Conference and sat at the first rows of the hall; and the quantity of the subsidiaries’ representatives attending the meeting was around 1000 people.
Mr. Li Wei Feng, General Manager, reported at the meeting on the work done within 2012. In the report the attention was paid to the fact that the situation at the metallurgical market was rather bleak and the competition became tougher day by day. All the staff worked by a joint effort under the guidance of the Company’s managers jointly overcoming difficulties and decidedly moving forward with estimation of the internal management and strict control of the process continuously developing scientific and technical innovations and new markets. It was also noticed that all the efforts came hardly: first, stable development of the four main production bases; second, development of the market; third, no stops at the achieved scientific and technical innovations Qin Geng (for the knowledge accumulated within a long time, namely, for 40 years, the Company received an award of the national importance which is “National Technology Center”); fourth, the logistics, process control and innovation models were strengthened for receiving of mutual advantage; fifth, reforms and innovations in the internal management; sixth, integrated development of all the structures, namely, the real estate, mineral resources, and progressive promotion of the asset.
Li Wei Feng noted that at the moment Xibao Group faced an issue of quality and efficiency that was related to increase of competitiveness. We have to pay more attention to the domestic and international economic situation and market dynamics in the country and abroad, to increase innovations in the internal management and realize sales incentives.
Main requirements for 2013 are as follows: raising new revenues and reducing expenditures, increasing the efficiency, confident improvement, as well as having a commitment to the job and moving forward.
The report contained the prospective objectives of the Company for 2013. The general production goals for 2013 are to increase sales and production by 10% comparing with 2012. The three main things are marketing, technology and management. The main six objectives are: 1. Increasing of the efficiency and quality; 2. Financialmanagementandcontrol; 3. Purchasingandinventorycontrol; 4. Safety measures and increase of production output; 5. Corporateunityandculture; 6. Safetyfirst!
In the key speech, Mr. Li Shu Cheng said “Taking into account the present situation we should keep and develop the 43-year experience and knowledge of Xibao Group together. The key ideology for 2013 is: following the national policy, the major reform is innovation in marketing, technology and management.” Hehighlighted “The main objectives for 2013 have been already planned. Wehavetomoveforwardfirmly. First, we need to follow the key positions neatly in order to satisfy the three major issues of the market. Second, we have to increase the management control over three items: risks, financing activity and safety.”
Diligence will be rewarded. In 2013 we need to feel complete satisfaction relying upon the actual situation with pride, jointly and bravely move forward for achievement of the set goals!
At the meeting they noticed 20 merits, 13 leading workers, 20 outstanding marketing managers, 23 leading teams, 51 outstanding employees, and in conclusion ten best quality products. People received letters of commendation and bonuses. It is worth to mention that a delegation of 6 people, being the staff of the Representative Office in CIS and performing different activities, visited the Company as well.
